Chinese President Xi Jinping presided over the twelfth meeting of the Central Leadership Group on Comprehensively Deepening Reforms on May 5, 2015 in Beijing. In an important speech, he stressed the need to 'educate and guide the leading cadres at all levels' conscientiously with the "four comprehensive" strategic layout unity of thinking, correctly grasping the overall situation of reform, looking at the interests adjustment departure from the overall situation of reform, and overall reform favorable to the Party and country's development. He asked them to have the courage to serve the overall situation of reform, the courage to self-revolution, and the courage to face the problem and work together to comprehensively deepen reforms.
