Reports state that 22 provinces, more than 200 enterprises/suppliers, and 36 universities/institutes were involved in producing the C919 aircraft. Some analysts have observed that the wings of the Chinese aircraft resemble the latest curved wingtips on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
