Liu Yunshan, PBSC member and Director of the Central Commission for Guiding Ethic and Cultural Progress, called on the 4th plenary meeting of the Commission in Beijing on January 27, 2016,to bolster patriotism and shared values. He stressed ethical and cultural progress to build a moderately prosperous society and said the people's faith in the country's independent "path, theory and system" should be further boosted. Liu Yunshan stressed   that "core socialist values should be deeply rooted among the people, and family-inherited integrity should be advocated". He also urged efforts to promote patriotism embodied in the Chinese Dream. PB Members Liu Yandong (f) and Liu Qibao (who is also Director of the CCP CC's Propaganda Department) attended the meeting.
