The South China Morning Post claimed on October 22, 2017, that Li Zhanshu, Han Zheng, Zhao Leji, Wang Yang, Wang Huning will be appointed to the new PBSC and Premier Li Keqiang will continue. It said Wang Yang will be the executive Vice Premier and Han Zheng will be Chairman of the CPPCC.
