The 19th CCP CC has 39 officers representing the PLA and 2 representing the PAPF in the new 19th CC.

(Comment: All Theatre Commanders and their Political Commissars are Full members of the 19th CCP CC, except for the Central Theatre Commander. The Central Theatre's Deputy Commander is, however, a member of the CC. The Tibet Military Region Commander is not a member but the Political Commissar is. The Xinjiang Military Region Commander is, however, a CC member but not his Political Commissar.)
