i) General Wei Fenghe, Commander of the PLA Rocket Forces was replaced in September 2017, by Zhou Yaning (周亚宁). Wei Fenghe continues as member of the CMC and member of the 19th CCP's CC.  

ii) Major General Huang Taoyi has been identified as Deputy Commander of the 75th Group Army in the Southern Theatre Command. He was appointed on October 8, 2017.

(Comment: He was Deputy Commander of the 41st Group Army since July 2016.)
