CHINA-HOLLAND: DUTCH KING RAISES HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES WITH XI JINPING

Dutch newspapers on February 7, 2018 reported that during his brief visit to Beijing – on his way to the Winter Olympics – Dutch King Willem-Alexander had dinner with Xi Jinping and raised the issues of human rights in China, particularly medical care for arrested dissidents, treatment of religious minorities, and the situation in Tibet and Xinjiang with Chinese Prsident Xi Jinping. There was no report on Xi Jinping's’s reaction.
