China and the U.S. have agreed to hold the 15th defense consultative talk in mid-October in the United States. Lt. Gen. Wang Guanzhong, Deputy Chief of the PLA General Staff HQrs, will lead a delegation to Washington and co-host the defense consultative talk with Ms Wormuth, Under Secretary of Defense of the U.S. Department of Defense. During the defense consultative talk, the Strategic Planning Departments of the two militaries will hold a dialogue for the first time.
