General Fang Fenghui, member of China's Central Military Commission (CMC) and Chief of the PLA General Staff, held talks with General Rashad Mahmood, Chairman of Pakistan's Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan, in Beijing on November 5, 2014. They had an in-depth exchange of views on topics including the international and regional security situations. Fang Fenghui said that both have supported each other "on issues concerning each other’s core interests, are all-weather good neighbors, good friends and good partners".
