The 2015 civilian employee recruitment examination of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) was held at 46 military examination sites in 42 cities across the country on November 23, 2014. Over 20,000 examinees participated to vie for 2,203 PLA civilian employee posts. The examinees this year are aged 26 on average. 43% of them hold Master's degrees and 26% of them come from various universities under the "985 Program" and the "211 Program", indicating a high overall quality.
