The President of the Supreme People's Court of China Zhou Qiang presented his work report to the NPC on March 12, 2015. He said court reforms are in a "deep water area". President Zhou Qiang also, surprisingly, apologized for previous miscarriages of justice and highlighted efforts to prevent future ones.
