The CCP's official news paper People's Daily reported on April 3, 2015, that China’s former Security Chief and PBSC member  Zhou Yongkang has been formally charged with corruption, abuse of power and intentionally leaking state secrets.The Supreme People’s Procuratorate said it has completed its investigation into Zhou and handed the case to the No. 1 Branch of Tianjin's municipal prosecutors.  Zhou Yongkang is being expelled from the Communist Party.
