Major General Lai Wenyi, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army in the PLA Western Theatre Command went to Xide County on July 3 to investigate poverty alleviation. Lai Wenyi and his entourage successively went to Tieqi Lux Industrial StandardiSed Breeding Farm Located in Luofa Village, Mianshan Town, and the Wanmu Flower Sea Base in Lak Township.

From 2004 to 2006, he completed a military master's degree at the Xi'an Political College of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.)
