A Commentator's article in China's Economic Daily (August 15) reported the visit by CCP CC General Secretary Xi Jinping to Yucun, Anji County, Zhejiang Province. It said "Comrade Xi Jinping, then Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, went to Yucun, Anji County, Zhejiang Province to investigate, and for the first time clearly put forward the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden and silver mountains". In the past 15 years, the concept of "two mountains" has gradually enriched and developed into Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, which has nurtured and promoted a profound change in the development concept in the vast land of China". Xinhua the same day publicised a 7-minute video on his visit and developments that had taken place in Yucun village.
