The overseas Chinese news outlet on September 21 commented on the altered composition of the Indian team to the border talks on September 21. Noting the presence of two Lt. The report said a marathon meeting is expected and India will insist that the People's Liberation Army withdraw from all friction points within a certain period of time. The purpose of China's visit is to ask India to retreat from all the strategic heights it occupies in Chushul. It said no breakthrough is expected in the talks.
