The 13th National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee will convene for its 22nd session from October 13 to 17. It will review the following bills: draft amendment to the Patent Law; draft revision to the Minors Protection Law; draft Biosecurity Law; draft Export Control Law; draft amendment to the National Flag Law; draft amendment to the National Emblem Law; draft Yangtze River Protection Law; draft Veterans Support Law; draft Criminal Law Amendment (XI); draft revision to the Administrative Penalties Law; draft Personal Information Protection Law; and the draft amendment to the Election Law for the National People’s Congress.
