CCTV (November 27) telecast a report publicising that the development of women's cause was for the very first time included in the "13th Five-Year Plan" outline as a special chapter for the first time, said this was to promote the all-round development of women. It said the Party Central Committee with 'Comrade Xi Jinping at the core' stood at the height of the overall development of the cause of the party and the country and made overall plans for the development of women's cause.
