CHINA-CCP CC'S FIFTH PLENUM: CCP CC'S PROPAGANDA DEPARTMENT PUBLICISING FIFTH PLENUM DOCUMENTS THROUGHOUT CHINA

Stating that the CCP CC's Fifth Plenary Session drew a magnificent blueprint for China's future development, Xinhua (November 27) said it has overall and historical significance in the development of the party and the country. It disclosed that the CCP CC Propaganda Department had constituted a Central Propaganda Group which travelled to various parts of the country to preach the study and implementation of the spirit of the Plenary Session from November 7 to 17, 2020. It said the Central Propaganda Group had delivered 43 reports in various places, held 67 interactive exchange activities of various forms with a direct audience of more than 40,000 people, and indirectly listened to more than 20 million people through channels such as live TV and Internet broadcasting. They have visited university campuses to interact face-to-face with the cadres and the masses and college teachers and students. It noted that Li Xi, a member of the Central Propaganda Group, member of the CCP CC Politburo and Guangdong Provincial Party Secretary; Li Qiang, a member of the Central Propaganda Group, member of the CCP CC Politburo and Shanghai Municipal Party Secretary; Li Hongzhong, a member of the Central Propaganda Group, member of the CCP CC Politburo and Tianjin Municipal Party Secretary; Chen Quanguo, a member of the Central Propaganda Group, member of the CCP CC Politburo and Party Secretary of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region;  Chen Miner, a member of the Central Propaganda Group, member of the CCP CC Politburo and Party Secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee; and Cai Qi, a member of the Central Propaganda Group, member of the CCP CC Politburo and Party Secretary of Beijing, held meetings to propagate the spirit of the CCP CC's Fifth Plenum.
