It is a modular rocket launcher, which can carry 300mm rocket launcher module, 370mm rocket launcher module or 750mm ballistic missile module, has strong manoeuvrability, high strike accuracy, strong firepower, high degree of information, simple operation, etc. The chief designer of this type of rocket launcher, Tang Qizhong, disclosed that the new box-type rocket launcher can have a range of up to 300 kilometres and its strike accuracy is very accurate. The report said that, in future, the Tibet Military Region, the 72nd Group Army and the Xinjiang Military Region will also have the same box-type rocket launchers.
