CHINA-ECONOMY: CHINESE AIRLINES DEFER ORDERS FOR AIRCRAFT FROM BOEING AND AIRBUS BUT RETAIN ORDERS FROM CHINA'S COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT CO.
