Penpa Tsering is well ahead in the election for Sikyong by over 5400 votes in the more than 60,300 votes counted till April 16 morning. A total of 83,079 votes were cast worldwide. Official results for the Sikyong election are to be formally announced only on May 14 and that of the Parliament seats from May 14-28.
