Chinese Premier Li Keqiang travelled to Sichuan to visit Shahe, a small rural township near the borders with Shaanxi and Gansu. While in Shahe, he visited: farmers, the local health centre, and the local primary school. Lauding China’s farmers, Li Keqiang promised more support for basic healthcare and promising more funding for rural schools and teachers.
