CHINA-STATE COUNCIL: STATE COUNCIL RELEASES 'NATIONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM PLAN'
CCTV (February 14) announced that the State Council recently issued the "14th Five-Year
Plan" National Emergency Response System Plan, which comprehensively deploys work
