CHINA-PAKISTAN: CHINA OFFERS LOAN FOR PAKISTAN RAILWAY FOR CONVERSION TO ELECTRIC TRACTION

WLVN (November 1) reported that China told Pakistan it would extend a loan of US$ 8.4 billion for converting Pakistan Railway to electric traction. It did not offer any concession.
