On July 9, 2015, the Second Artillery announced the promotions of:Tang Guoqing and Chen Pinghua to the rank of Lieutenant General. Wang Lipin, Bi Yongjun and Zhuo Ling were promoted as Major Generals.
Zhang Jincheng and Zhang Jincheng were promoted as Technician Major Generals.
