The official newspaper 'The Paper' reported on September 21, 2017, that the Fujian Province Public Security Bureau had arrested an individual on September 21 for inciting taxi drivers in Xiamen to create trouble and stage protests. Xiamen police said that violation of the law will be "resolutely investigated" by the public security authorities and dealt with.
