CHINA-INTERNAL: PEOPLE'S ARMED POLICE'S FIRST ANTI-HIJACKING CONFERENCE

 The Chinese People's Armed Police Force (PAPF) held its first international symposium on anti-aircraft-hijacking tactics at the Special Police College (SPC) in Beijing from October 20 to 24, 2014. Over 100 representatives from 23 countries including China, Russia, France, Israel, Spain and Argentina attended. Those attending the symposium observed demonstration drills on subjects like aircraft-cabin assaulting, ground anti-aircraft-hijacking shooting, grappling skills etc conducted by the Falcon Assault Team under the APF, and visited facilities for anti-terrorism and anti-aircraft-hijacking training at the SPC.
