Official reports state that the earthquake in the Kangding (11' • 22") area at 7.00 pm on November 28, 2014, evening caused extensive damage. A total of five people were killed and 80 were injured and the number of affected people has reached a total of 197,845. Of those injured, six are seriously injured,74 injured, 44 people have been discharged from hospital and 36 people are in hospital undergoing treatment. 77 houses collapsed and 5387 have been severely damaged.
