IHS Jane's has issued a report based on Imagery of the area showing that China has commenced land reclamation/construction activity on at least four reefs in the disputed South China Sea. The four reefs are: Hughes Reef, Johnson South Reef, Gaven Reefs (in the Tizard Banks), and Fiery Cross Reef.
