In an article published on July 3, in the Shanghai Securities News, Jia Kang, head of the Research Institute for Fiscal Science of China's Ministry of Finance (MOF), wrote that the prices for coal, electricity and other resources in China are expected to rise as a result of the upcoming reform of the resource tax. He said :"Despite controversies and difficulties, the reform of the resource tax has been put on this year's work agenda. Let's wait and see." |
